We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Advisor for Global Mobility to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients through the Citizenship by Investment journey, ensuring a tailored and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer specialized advice and support to clients exploring Citizenship or Residency by Investment options.
  • Help clients navigate through various investment programs, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
  • Handle client communications through multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to influence the strategic direction of the startup.
  • Work closely with external partners to streamline the application process for clients.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to service excellence, reinforcing the company's reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Work authorization in the UK is essential; possession of an EU/Swiss or Israeli Passport is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, financial services, or legal sectors is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
