We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Acorn by Synergie in Preston. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing claims and ensuring they progress quickly and efficiently within client SLA's.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Deal with complex claims and technical issues, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions
- Liaise with clients, loss adjusters, and policy holders to resolve claims and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with complaint resolution and ensure that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
- Ensure invoices for all work are completed accurately and within claims life span
- Previous experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to use IT platforms and systems to manage claims and customer information
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative to resolve issues
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44
- Weekly pay and accrued holiday pay
