Due to our continued growth, we are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our current team. The role will require you to provide sales and service excellence to our valued existing customers.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Interact directly with existing and potential customers by telephone and electronically to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring any queries are followed through
- Receive, process and follow-up on product quotations.
- Provide support to external sales team.

- Customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Accuracy of data entry.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
