We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Midwife to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Community Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women and their families in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with women and their families to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and babies in accordance with Trust policies and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain skills through clinical practice and post-registration study in management of obstetric emergencies and complicated pregnancies.
- Participate in audit and research to support excellence in midwifery care.
- Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Registered Midwife with a first degree in midwifery or equivalent experience.
- Proven evidence of leadership in multiprofessional teams.
- Experience in conducting audits and applying current research to practice.
- IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
