The successful applicant will possess a minimum of two years' experience in the realm of Ocean Freight Imports, demonstrating exceptional customer service abilities and meticulous attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with clients and international partners
  • Managing bookings and performing data entry into our proprietary system
  • Preparing all necessary import documentation for shipments
  • Coordinating deliveries and keeping clients informed about their shipments
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients via phone and email
  • Completing customs documentation
  • Finalizing shipments and processing invoices.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
