About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Engagement Assistant Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, learner engagement, and programme management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the enrolment process for new learners, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and learners are prepared for their programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to keep learners engaged and motivated throughout their programmes.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, such as community networking events and the annual awards show.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and skills teams to ensure a smooth transition for learners from recruitment to enrolment.
  • Regularly review and improve the engagement process to meet the organisation's goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to the team's goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to new situations quickly.
  • Basic digital skills, with the ability to use digital tools and technology.
Training and Development

The successful applicant will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Qualification through Learning Curve Group. This will include 4-6 weekly 1-2-1 sessions with a tutor, 6 weekly hours of off-the-job training, and a 12-month programme.
