About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Engagement Assistant Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, programme management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the enrolment process for new learners, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and learners are prepared for their programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain learner engagement and satisfaction, including identifying opportunities for further support and development.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, such as community networking events and the annual awards show, to promote learner engagement and community participation.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and skills teams to ensure a smooth transition for learners from recruitment to enrolment and programme delivery.
  • Regularly review and improve the engagement process to meet the organisation's goals, collecting and analysing learner feedback to inform improvements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to the team's goals and objectives.

Training and Development

The successful applicant will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Qualification through Learning Curve Group, with regular 1-2-1 sessions and off-the-job training to support their development.
