An Assistant Culinary Manager is tasked with overseeing and training the kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional experience for both Guests and Members while managing food cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for leading and training the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service. You will also manage food cost controls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively managing and training the kitchen team to ensure a well-organized and motivated environment
  • Maintaining consistency in the quality of dishes served
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and stock management procedures
  • Aligning resources with business needs through effective management of work schedules
  • Supporting brand standards through the training and evaluation of your team
  • Overseeing food cost controls to enhance Food and Beverage revenue
  • Understanding activities in other departments and their implications
