Job Summary:

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Employee Support: Offer advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including contractual variations, new starters, leavers, and employee benefits.
  • HR Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records, absence management, and performance management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics, including absence rates, turnover, and employee engagement.
  • Leaver Administration: Manage the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Other Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining process notes, ensuring data protection and confidentiality, and performing other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Preferably a HR-related qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations, payroll administration, and HR database management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
