Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to optimize our commercial processes and drive efficiency within our sales organization. This role is critical in supporting our commercial team to maximize revenue and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Processes: Design and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales CRM Management: Manage and maintain the sales CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales quotas, targets, and territories, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
- Sales Technology and Automation: Implement and manage sales technology tools and platforms to support sales automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall sales productivity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales support, or related roles.
- Skills: High proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), as well as Microsoft Excel and other business analytical tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge: Experience with sales forecasting, territory management, and quota setting processes. Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
