We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Temple Recruitment Specialists.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Construction industry, preferably for a commercial contractor, and a working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislations, and current practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for projects across Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, and will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Sub Contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates and reports to Senior Management.
  • Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for development activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, compliant projects for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Sub Contractors.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the Construction industry preferably for a commercial contractor.
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislations, and current practice including practical application of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have a diploma in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First aid at work essential.

What We Offer:

Salary is negotiable dependent on candidates' experience. Own transport is desirable due to the nature of the role.
