Head of Commercial Job Description

Ricoh is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EMEA IT PMO team in London, with occasional travel to our Watford office. As a leading provider of document management solutions, IT services, commercial and industrial printing, digital cameras, and industrial systems, we're driving innovation and transforming the workplace for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO strategy to support our agile and DevOps transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the creation and maturation of our PMO, fostering an agile-oriented mindset and building product and project-oriented capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to define PMO goals and operating models, and lead the identification and development of PMO roles and team configurations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing coaching and mentoring to PMO staff and leadership as needed.
  • Develop and guide our agile practice, putting in place systems, processes, and ways of working to sustain high-performing teams.
  • Define, manage, and direct end-to-end PMO work efforts, leveraging best practices and techniques to identify, quantify, and track expected benefits.
Requirements
  • Experience in combined (waterfall and agile) environments, with a strong understanding of productivity tools and their practical application.
  • Significant knowledge of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, with excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including industry and domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to PMO staff.
  • Able to identify frameworks, best practices, and methods to support agile teams in delivering value.
