Job Title: Service Desk Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team at Charles Simon Associates Ltd. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service desk team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service desk team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
