Service Desk Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our team at Charles Simon Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Service Desk team to ensure the delivery of excellent IT services
- Develop and implement effective SLAs and KPIs to measure team performance
- Provide hands-on escalation support to the team as needed
- Drive improvements within the team and IT services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of IT services that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure the continued development of the Service Desk team through motivation, job satisfaction, and career progression
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing teams, ideally up to 5/6 people
- Experience of setting up and enforcing fresh SLAs and KPIs within a team
- Hands-on escalation support experience
- Ability to drive improvements within the team and IT services
- Experience of ITIL is highly desirable
