Service Desk Manager Opportunity

Charles Simon Associates Ltd is seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service desk team and ensuring that all IT service requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service management, including service desk operations, incident management, problem management, and change management. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a permanent opportunity with a prestigious client based in Northampton. The role will involve working closely with the IT team to ensure that all IT services are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service desk team and ensure that all IT service requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement service desk processes and procedures to improve service delivery.

  • Provide excellent communication and leadership skills to stakeholders at all levels.
