Service Desk Manager Opportunity
Charles Simon Associates Ltd is seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service desk team and ensuring the delivery of excellent IT service management.
The successful candidate will have experience in IT service management, including SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL. You will be responsible for managing the service desk team, ensuring that all incidents and requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a permanent opportunity with a prestigious client based in Northampton. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the service desk team is delivering against their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the service desk team and ensure the delivery of excellent IT service management
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the service desk team is delivering against their expectations
- Ensure that all incidents and requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Experience in IT service management, including SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
