As a Store Manager at Heron Foods, you will demonstrate unmatched leadership by guiding your team to excel in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment. You will develop robust succession plans and nurture top talent, ensuring the ongoing success and expansion of Team Heron.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales growth and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the company
  • Identify and develop top talent, providing coaching and training to ensure the success of the team
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
