About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects within the property sector, with a working knowledge of the JCT or NEC form of contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Relevant degree and Chartered status
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the consultancy sector
  • Experience working on projects within the property sector, with a working knowledge of the JCT or NEC form of contract
  • Experience managing projects up to £3 million
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
