We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious high-rise residential project in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it meets quality, safety, and project timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with senior management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, and local authorities.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and a track record of ensuring compliance on construction sites.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Relevant construction qualifications and certifications would be advantageous.
