Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a management contractor, where you will work in partnership with clients to deliver projects that meet their needs. You will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage a team of construction professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work in partnership with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered without any major issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as design and procurement, to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
