Administrative Support Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Service Team as a key point of contact between engineers and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and booking engineer site visits, updating clients on any issues and/or works, and supporting the wider team with additional ad-hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and book engineer site visits and updates clients on any issues and/or works
- Liaise regularly with clients to keep them informed on any issues, planned works, or call outs
- Update spreadsheets and prepare daily lift update reports for designated areas
- Support the wider team with additional ad-hoc duties
- Strong Administrator with excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks

Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
