Role Summary:
In the capacity of Executive Assistant to the Company Secretary and Head of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in ensuring our strategic objectives are met efficiently.
This engaging role provides you with the opportunity to significantly contribute to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:
The selected Executive Assistant will be tasked with:
1. Coordinating and managing the calendar for the Company Secretary and, on occasion, other senior executives.
2. Preparing materials for meetings, organizing meeting spaces, and overseeing visitor reception.
3. Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of staff.
4. Managing employee leave and aiding in the updates of HR policies.
5. Scheduling and facilitating board and committee meetings.
6. Organizing internal team events and providing comprehensive executive office support.
7. Reviewing documents for accuracy and clarity.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Proven experience in a comparable role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and positive demeanor, coupled with adaptability and resilience.
- Strong proficiency in IT applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint).
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
