Eden Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading financial services firm in their search for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three Managing Directors (MDs). This role requires a skilled individual who can seamlessly manage the competing demands of multiple senior executives in a fast-paced environment.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking to further their career within a dynamic and professional setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage complex diaries, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel for 3 MDs, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor and prioritise high-volume inboxes, flagging urgent matters and responding on behalf of the MDs where appropriate.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and materials as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for meetings and client interactions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organisation of company events, conferences, and team meetings as needed.
  • Expense Management: Handle expenses and invoicing for the MDs, ensuring timely submission and tracking.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and discreet manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Experience with complex travel coordination and diary management.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the MDs.
