About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Nouvita Healthcare. As a key member of our hospital's management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our adult community psychiatry services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive treatment service for adults with mental health problems, based on evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care that prioritizes patient safety and well-being.
  • Represent the hospital externally, building relationships with commissioners, community teams, and other key partners to promote our services and establish partnerships.
  • Participate in quality enhancement and service evaluation projects, and contribute to research initiatives that drive service improvement.
  • Lead the CPD programme for the hospital, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
