Job Opportunity

Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking an experienced FM professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager at the ConocoPhillips site in Stockton on Tees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 20 cleaning operatives to deliver agreed service standards and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
  • Support the General Manager in the delivery of services and teams to meet client expectations.
  • Provide direction and expertise to operating areas by promoting Sodexo strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure legislative and statutory compliance and operational deadlines are met.
  • Lead, develop, manage, and motivate onsite teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to and maintain site development plans and support the change management process.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes, and services.
  • Ensure effective two-way communication with all levels of staff and ensure health and safety standards are understood and delivered.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in leading a large team of cleaning professionals in an FM multi-site environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to service excellence.
  • Knowledge and passion for Health and Safety, with the ability to communicate and influence the team to adhere to regulations.
  • Ability to lead a medium team of professionals to achieve service and financial objectives.
  • UK driving licence (essential).
  • Ability to build relationships and work with clients to add value to their business.
  • Ability to prioritise and deploy resources effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of H&S, excellent communication skills, good literacy and numeracy skills, and computer literacy.
