Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigations and Quality Management: Conduct thorough investigations as requested by senior management, and implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Financial Management: Meet budgetary targets, monitor financial plans, and control direct costs to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Strategic Planning: Set key objectives, develop tactical plans, and ensure all forecasts are achieved.
  • Human Resources: Responsible for staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the company's Health and Safety policies are adhered to by staff, and report any deficiencies or issues to the Line Manager.
  • Business Development: Expand the revenue base, seek growth opportunities, and estimate and secure new business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
