Job Summary:
Bridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our client's team, a reputable Facilities service provider delivering exceptional standards to clients across the UK. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the services provided, developing a dedicated team, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigations and Quality Management: Conduct thorough investigations as requested by senior management, and implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Financial Management: Meet budgetary targets, monitor financial plans, and control direct costs to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Strategic Planning: Set key objectives, develop tactical plans, and ensure all forecasts are achieved.
- Human Resources: Responsible for staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the company's Health and Safety policies are adhered to by staff, and report any deficiencies or issues to the Line Manager.
- Business Development: Expand the revenue base, seek growth opportunities, and estimate and secure new business.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
