Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner - Nursery Assistant. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a nursery setting while working towards a Level 2 qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering activities for children aged 2-4 years
  • Help with breakfast, lunchtime, and after-school clubs
  • Contribute to assessments and inputting of data
  • Change children as required and administer basic first aid after training
  • Assist in planning and creating inspiring learning environments
  • Contribute to planning and assessment
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Head Teacher or members of staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of English and Maths GCSE 4/C
  • Lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
  • Suitable for school leavers with babysitting experience or work experience in a nursery setting
