About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Bolton or Stevenage. As a key member of our Sub-Assemblies team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective supplier performance, capability, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a related field (e.g., procurement, supply chain management)
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

What We Offer:

  • Circa £50,000 salary depending on experience
  • Dynamic (hybrid) working arrangement with 2 days per week on-site

Security Clearance:

British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship required. Successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).
