Job Title: Data Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality analytical support and organizational assistance within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR reports, including HR Dashboards, Time & Attendance, and HR Reports for various business areas.
  • Collect, manipulate, and analyze data for monthly salary reports, bonus payments, and talent and succession information.
  • Collaborate with the business and HR team to identify and address HR data requirements and analysis.
  • Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and provide benchmarking and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, and logical functions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
