Regional HR Advisor

Hooray is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our Regional team in the Midlands and North. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide generalist HR support and advisory services to our business leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including absence, performance, conduct, and capability issues.
- Ensure managers are aware of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and provide training and coaching as needed.
- Support the implementation of family-friendly policies and procedures, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave.
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or employee relations role.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and CIPD qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
- An annual salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid role with 3-4 days per week spent visiting branches.
