Regional HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in the Midlands and North region. As a Regional HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and advisory services to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising and coaching managers on employee relations issues, including absence, performance, conduct, grievance, and capability.
  • Ensuring managers are aware of policy, principles, and processes, and providing guidance on relevant information.
  • Building strong relationships with employees and managers across the region.
  • Organizing family-friendly processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, and unpaid leave.
  • Responding to HR-related queries and providing efficient support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role.
  • Knowledge of UK Employment law and CIPD qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
