Regional HR Advisor - Midlands and North

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a varied, rewarding role? Do you want to help enable business success?

A leading national business is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support 9 branches across the Midlands and North region. You will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and advisory services to staff, working closely with the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising and coaching managers through the employee lifecycle
  • Supporting managers with absence, performance, conduct, grievance, and capability issues
  • Ensuring managers are aware of policy, principles, and processes
  • Building good relationships within the business
  • Organizing family-friendly processes for staff, including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, and unpaid leave

Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role
  • Knowledge of UK Employment law
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
