We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEN in a 1:1 setting, providing individualized attention and care
- Act as a buddy, building strong relationships with pupils and promoting social inclusion
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, parents, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive support for pupils
- Develop and lead group support sessions and workshops, inspiring and motivating pupils to reach their full potential
