Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process & NPI Project Engineer to join our team at Insignis Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the industrialisation of high-reliability submerged products, ensuring efficient and compliant production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate prototypes and provide feedback for assembly procedure and design improvement.
  • Review and validate contract documentation, including drawings and bill of materials.
  • Define tooling and equipment for product assembly.
  • Write build specifications for new and existing products.
  • Procure tooling/equipment to meet development and production plans.
  • Define standard build times and create build steps.
  • Instruct and advise operators on assembly.
  • Write Extra Work Authorisation (EWA) for investigations.
  • Analyse and improve production processes.
  • Conduct process audits and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Engineering Degree.
  • Experience in technical/manufacturing environment.
  • Organised and methodical problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in a highly regulated engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/TL9000, Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of HSE, PUWER, LOLER, HSE Regulations.
