Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Lead on Positive Behaviour and Disciplinary within a student support capacity
  • Ensure the welfare and support needs of Care Experienced young people meet statutory expectations and guidance

Requirements:

  • Degree Level Qualification or relevant industrial experience or professional qualification

  • Exceptional knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable students
