The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple fast-track fit-out projects in the retail and hospitality sector. This will involve overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing fast-track fit-out projects, preferably in the retail and hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
