Sales Executive

The Sales Executive role at Harwoods Ltd is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling new and used luxury vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer sales processes, mystery shopping criteria, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Ensure the showroom and displays are maintained to the highest standard, showcasing luxury vehicles in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
- Prospect for new customers, utilizing various sources and follow-up processes to create sales opportunities and maintain relationships.
- Convey the culture of putting customers first, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers.
- Maximize sales opportunities by offering finance solutions, adhering to FCA guidelines, and introducing customers to the aftersales department.
- Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration and take part in on and off-site events.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
- Full UK driving license.
- Smart appearance.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
- Relevant product knowledge (desirable).
- Minimum 2 years main dealer Sales Executive experience.
