Job Purpose
The role of the Sales Executive is to sell the manufacturer range of new and used car products, meeting agreed sales volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow precisely and consistently the manufacturer sales process, including meeting enquiry management targets.
- Understand and apply manufacturer mystery shopping criteria when dealing with customers.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and other relevant information to the required manufacturer standard.
- Prospect for new and used car customers, creating sales opportunities through effective follow-up processes.
- Convey the culture of putting customers first, adhering to TCF principles at all times.
- Maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions, adhering to FCA guidelines.
- Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers receive a full briefing on vehicle operation and controls.
- Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Smart appearance.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
