Job Summary:

Henderson Brown Recruitment is delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with a renowned Food Manufacturer. Our client has a legacy of providing high-quality food products into UK and International retail. They have recently diversified and are looking to appoint an inspirational and exciting Senior National Account Director who can bring their new product to life with the experience and knowledge of managing some amazing brands in multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and expand the client's market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new customers and expand existing relationships.
  6. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in FMCG and food sales.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
