Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at NFP People. As an Accountancy Associate Director, you will play a key role in the effective delivery of high-quality financial support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and support improvements to financial services, building effective relationships with key stakeholders and influencing local financial policy and practice.
  • Engage with the wider financial community to promote financial inclusion and ensure that our clients have access to the support they need.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to our clients, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Senior level experience influencing local or national policy change, ideally in financial services.
  • Extensive travel across a large geographical area, with a focus on building relationships with key stakeholders and influencing local financial policy and practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
