We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team at C&E Recruitment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Dorking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and an unparalleled guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute innovative menus that showcase the restaurant's commitment to excellence.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the restaurant operates within budget and maintains a high level of profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
