In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination of significant transformations that necessitate collaboration across various business units and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in a technology-driven change environment, collaborating with regulatory bodies, business units, and software development teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex changes across multiple teams while overseeing dependencies for intricate, cross-organizational projects to achieve optimal customer outcomes.
  • Strong leadership capabilities that inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience working within agile frameworks (e.g., scrum / kanban).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate team objectives.
  • A governance-focused mindset to ensure safe delivery of complex changes.
  • Ability to conceptualize large-scale initiatives while appreciating incremental advancements and empowering teams to fulfill their commitments.
  • Previous experience in technical project or program management is advantageous.
