Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate and monitor individual care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Provide practical training and clinical supervision to care staff, utilizing your clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals at various care points, including homes, schools, and community centers.
- Engage with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Management, Social Services, and healthcare facilities.
Additionally, you will participate in our compensated on-call support rota on a rotational basis.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be Registered Nurses with a background in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this fulfilling position, you should be self-driven, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
