Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Bionow. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development:

  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand success and alignment with business goals.

  4. Monitor and track performance metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize brand strategies.

  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.

Brand Operations Management and Oversight:

  1. Manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget.

  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and cross-functional teams.

  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and external obligations.

  4. Monitor and review the success of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in marketing and brand management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

  2. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
