Compensation:
Hourly rates range from £25.37 to £31.71 PAYE, contingent on experience. This role falls within IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of the brand's operational strategy for the UK and ROI markets.
  • Improve customer engagement through multichannel strategies.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and operational expenditures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive brand performance.
  • Exemplify leadership with a focus on shared goals and expectations.

Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally in a coordination or project management capacity.
  • Familiarity with Diabetes or other significant health conditions.
  • Strong grasp of compliance standards governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across teams.
  • A detail-oriented approach, committed to delivering high-quality results within set timelines.
