Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing function in the Microbiology Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving our online presence, driving organic traffic, developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leading social media platforms, coordinating digital advertising campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global SEO strategies using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush and Moz.
  • Analyze web data such as user behavior, campaign performance and social media engagement to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Implement engaging social media campaigns to drive community growth and engagement.
  • Strategize paid media campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads to improve brand exposure and return on investment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to seek opportunities and develop strategies for global expansion.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers and other collaborators to align digital marketing initiatives and optimize user experience across platforms.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors for SEO audits, content creation, link building, social media management tools and other digital marketing services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in global SEO, social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience running digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • International campaign experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush and Moz.
  • Experience using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and social skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Ability to travel (including internationally) at low frequency for team, project and business meetings.
