The Business Services team at Forvis Mazars is a dynamic group of innovative, strategic thinkers dedicated to empowering the organization. Our collective efforts in People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance, and Quality & Risk Management are focused on equipping Forvis Mazars with the necessary tools, technologies, strategies, and services to deliver outstanding client experiences and ensure sustainable growth.

Role Overview

  • In this newly established position, you will play a crucial role within the Change Management Office, facilitating organizational transitions and fostering a culture of change. You will employ change management methodologies as part of a center of excellence to enhance business engagement through effective communication, mitigate resistance to change, boost adoption rates, and support the realization of measurable benefits.
  • Develop comprehensive Change Management strategies for both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Serve as a consultant for change management efforts within business-led initiatives.
  • Prepare change management documentation in accordance with established frameworks, including but not limited to stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies.
  • Generate awareness and enthusiasm through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Assess the impact of changes on operational practices within the organization.
  • Enhance knowledge and capability regarding changes within the business by informing training strategies and providing support.
