This role requires the individual to reside near Birmingham and come into the office 2 times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Projects/Programmes: Experience in leading change projects/programmes, particularly in a Financial Services Regulated Business.
- Project Alignment: Ensure project alignment to strategic pillars, roadmap, and outcomes.
- Programme/Project Control Excellence: Promote programme/project control excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Knowledge: Have a strong knowledge of the variety of distribution channel target operating model.
- Agile Methodology: Agile is required.
- Business Readiness: Develop business readiness plan/supports Change Manager in developing.
- Benefits Management: External QA of Business Impact Assessment & Business Readiness Plans across some projects.
Requirements:
- Effectively Size the Case for Change: Effectively size the case for change, engage with stakeholders to determine measurable benefit plan, evidence cost and projected timeline for spend.
- Identify and Quantify Challenges: Identify and quantify challenges, impacts, and risks to change delivery and integration and provide alternatives.
- Develop Best Practice: Develop best practice in the PM community.
- Partner with Teams: Partner with teams and stakeholders to coach, motivate, and collaborate around outcome delivery.
