We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in business process design, business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business functions to identify how IT change can support their plans and challenge business processes.
- Operate throughout the entire IT life cycle, from initial project inception to effective support through to business as usual.
- Deliver business change and technical projects, with experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering (BPR).
- Articulate business problems into formal business requirements and functional requirements, with excellent communication skills.
- Interface between IT and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong generic business analysis skills, with accreditations demonstrating expertise.
- Experience working on operations projects around HR and Payroll systems, with knowledge of Labour Scheduling Tools.
- Experience in project delivery or working in a project team as the sole BA.
- Exposure to SAP HR or Oracle Fusion is highly advantageous.
