Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Associate to join our team at Blake Morgan LLP. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in advising on non-contentious matters and contributing to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with experience in JCT and NEC contracts. A familiarity with PPP or PFI transactions and FIDIC or ICHEME forms would be highly valued. You will be confident, personable, and able to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on non-contentious construction matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of PQE experience in construction law
  • Strong technical competence and intellectual ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
